Complaint Information

The Board is responsible for regulating Barbers and Shops in the
State of Arizona.  Anyone who wishes to file a complaint against an Arizona
Barber or Shop should call the Board Office at 602 542-4498 and request a
complaint form.
Upon receipt all complaints will be reviewed and if found to be
within the jurisdiction of the Board will be brought before the full Board at
regularly scheduled meeting.  The Board may take a variety of actions
regarding the complaint ranging from dismissal to revocation of the license.
